After many years in the Asian martial arts Chris earned an additional black belt under World Champion kickboxer Jim Graden. Further study with the legendary champion Joe Lewis in the Elite Kickboxing System earned him another black belt.
Chris Sutton is also the author of The Psychology Of Self-Defense and four other books, a full time owner and operator of a 400 student martial arts school, certified A.C.M.A Martial Arts Instructor, MATA Instructor Of The Year and a life-time professional martial artist with over 20 years of training and teaching experience.
